In this module, we'll delve into the psychology behind this behavior and help you process the need to check your phone. You'll learn strategies to create boundaries and eliminate the need to check your phone in the morning, allowing you to reclaim your mornings and channel your energy towards more meaningful pursuits.

We'll explore techniques for establishing a "Do Not Disturb" mode, minimizing interruptions, and regaining control of your time.
